Do you want to broaden your horizons, meet fellow students from across Europe, and grow personally and professionally? Thanks to UP’s membership in the European university network Aurora, you can become part of an international student community and join online as well as in-person events that will help you move forward in both your personal and academic life. How? Apply by 31 October and become a new Aurora Student Ambassador!

What is the Aurora University Network?

Aurora is a network of nine European universities with over 260,000 students. Together, they aim to take European higher education to the next level and operate as one interconnected campus. This means you can easily take courses at different universities, share research and teaching materials, join exchange programs, or benefit from hybrid and online courses. The network focuses strongly on today’s global challenges, such as sustainability, climate change, health and wellbeing, cultural diversity, and digitalization.

What will you do as an Aurora Student Ambassador?

Universities exist for students, so it’s only natural that students play a key role in the Aurora network. As an Ambassador, you will work with peers from other universities to help Aurora fulfill its mission and raise awareness among students about what Aurora does and offers. You will take part in both online and in-person activities together with students from across Europe. Several international workshops will be prepared to support your personal and professional development, and you will also contribute to various projects.

The activities will run from November 2024 to June 2025. Your ambassador journey will begin at the Aurora Student Conference in early December—this time taking place in Olomouc—where you will learn everything about Aurora and meet peers from around the world. The program will conclude with a final conference in Innsbruck in June.

Apply by 31 October 2025 using the online form and unlock all the opportunities that the Aurora network has to offer!
