Travel orders only electronically starting March 1
Please note that, as of March 1, 2020, following R-B-19/19-ÚZ01, travel orders can only be submitted electronically. This applies to both domestic and foreign trips. The effect of this measure was postponed at the request of faculties last year and we believe that this period was used to get acquainted with the new system. You can access electronic travel orders by logging into UP Portal under tile Travel orders. The system includes both the entry of travel orders, their approval and billing. After the business trip is completed, travel orders are normally printed and forwarded for further processing.

Upon appropriate approval, employees can receive a deposit for their business trip either to the account they have entered in SAP or in cash at the cash register. Wire transfers are made only in Czech currency. Both Czech and foreign currency can be withdrawn in cash.

The procedures are described in the eCP manual and in the system itself under “help”. Information about details of the training that has been carried out for the faculties can be found through the secretaries of the workplaces. If there is a need to revive the training, please contact CVT via the Helpdesk.
